Our first Clinical Hypnosis Dinner with Katherine was healing, informative and fun. So we’re doing it all over again! If you don’t want to be hypnotized, but would like to learn about it and watch what Katherine does, that’s okay, too.
Katherine will:
- Discuss why Hypnosis is used as a part of holistic healing and energy work.
- Explain how it is important to bring all parts of oneself into alignment before we do the work. We want all parts to say “YES!” I am willing, deserving and feel safe to change.
- Teach us how to question our bodies for answers!
- Put those who wish to participate into a light trance. Each can choose one specific food to completely eliminate from our diets.
- Share her new work, and offer coupons for those interested.
The evening includes:
- 5-course abundant, fresh and authentic BYOB Italian dinner
- Katherine’s talk, then group hypnosis session
