Hi Tobi. At this time of year I find the mini phyllo cups a great time-saver and you can be creative with fillings. Try a small cube of brie topped with a bit of cranberry sauce (or a fruit preserve) or sauté some diced veggies and fill the cups. They bake very quickly and are easy to transport and serve.

Jill, I love this idea! I would never think to do this, but the use of phyllo cups is a winning suggestion. Thank you!

Wow! Thanks for this one, too, Shaina. I do not bake vegan, but that doesn’t mean I won’t!

I hope this comes through correctly and that you use Pinterest
I omit the onions but it’s a unique dish that captures the Thanksgiving theme.

Shaina, thank you for this. It did come through. And though I won’t be making it for Thanksgiving, I will most definitely be making it the next time my family comes to dinner. And I will be omitting the onions, too. 😉

Vegetable pizza. Biscuit crust. Cream cheese. Veggies. Some kind of seasoning.

Thank you, Pat. I’ve had that and it’s delicious. Never made it, but it sounds like fun. Do you think my BFFs’ family will enjoy it?
