A Cuppa Coffee…A Cuppa Tea…A Cuppa Cake

I am not gonna lie. I love cupcakes.

I love eating them, watching TV shows about them and writing about them.

As a matter of fact, last September, I wrote an article called, “Cupcake Wars: What Do They Do with those 1,000 Leftover Cupcakes?” I did the research on that question, and it was quite an eye-opener.

So, you can imagine how I felt when Beneficial Bank contacted me to produce a fundraiser for them, featuring the very worthy non-profit Mothers Matter, and equally spotlighting cupcake decorating! Ruth Scott of Cupcakes by Ruth is going to give me (and everyone else) two cupcakes and all stuff we’ll need to decorate them and I’m going to feel just like I’m on Cupcake Wars! And so will you!

Ruth will lead us in decorating two “down the shore” cupcakes, complete with edible seashells and mermaid tails. I can hardly contain myself. But it won’t be fun unless you’re there.

I honestly don’t know if I am more excited about decorating those cupcakes…or eating them. Wait a minute. I know. I am MOST excited about raising funds for Mothers Matter.
